Reuven, Shimon, Yehuda - הויה
Dan, Naftali, Yisachar, Zevulun - אלקים
Levi, Gad, Asher, Binyamin - no mention
Yosef - Quite interesting. 2 pesukim. One with אלקים and one with הויה
ותהר ותלד בן ותאמר אסף אלוהים את-חרפתי. ותקרא את-שמו יוסף לאמור יוסף יהוה לי בן אחר
